Vocational Rehabilitation & Return to Work Expert Witnesses
Vocational Rehabilitation and Return to Work focuses on helping people resume employment following injury, illness or disability. Assessment considers functional capacity, job demands, transferable skills and barriers to employment. Rehabilitation may involve workplace adjustments, graded returns, retraining and coordination with employers. Independent expert witnesses can assess work-related limitations, rehabilitation options, future employability and support needs, informing loss of earnings and other issues in Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence proceedings.
