Functional Assessment & Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) Expert Witnesses in South West England

Functional Assessment and Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) evaluate a person's ability to manage everyday tasks, including washing, dressing, eating, mobility and household activities. Assessments consider physical, cognitive and psychological limitations, alongside the support, equipment or adaptations required to maintain independence. Independent expert witnesses can provide opinions on functional impairment, care needs, rehabilitation, assistive equipment and future support in Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury proceedings.
