Fatigue Management addresses persistent physical or cognitive tiredness associated with injury, neurological conditions and long-term illness. Assessment considers fatigue severity, triggers and its effects on daily activities, employment and independence. Management may include pacing, energy conservation, sleep strategies and individually tailored rehabilitation. Independent expert witnesses can assess functional limitations, the suitability of interventions, rehabilitation requirements, care needs and prognosis in Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury proceedings.
